On Saturday February 1st the Rhode Island Southern Firefighters League proudly hosted Chief Rick Lasky for his class “Pride & Ownership in the Fire Service.” Over 75 students representing Fire & EMS Departments from across Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts attended the program.
In partnership with the RI Fire Chiefs Foundation, the League’s Member Departments, and the support of the University of Rhode Island, the Southern League was proud to host this free training program. Chief Lasky, a world renowned speaker in the fire service engaged our personnel and helped to reignite their love for the job we all do as both career and volunteer first responders.
